Turn around time on orders is normally 5-7 days.  Orders of 5 or more pieces may take a few days longer.  All orders ship from Northern Virginia, local customers may arrange to pickup their orders when they are completed.

Our home is ADV negative and smoke free.  All bedding and toys are made in a ferret-free room and sprayed with parvocide as a extra precaution before being shipped.
